Freek Beekman Ph.D. explains Free Bee’s business model at World Molecular Imaging Conference in USA
Our CEO Freek Beekman had the pleasure of presenting Free Bee International's current activities during the Industry Sponsored Lunch Session at the World Molecular Imaging Society (WMIS) Imaging Congress in Salt Lake City. We introduced several of our current innovation programs in imaging and QC for radionuclide therapy:
• E‑MBI: efficient dual breast molecular imaging
• UNI‑SPECT: next-generation versatile clinical SPECT
• Ultra‑TLC+ : advanced QC for alpha-, beta- and gamma-emitting radiopharmaceuticals a collaboration with Layla.
• U‑VET: our compact open-architecture platform for multimodal imaging and image-guided intervention (winner WMIC innovation award 2026)
Although the applications differ, they follow the same FreeBee model:
Invent → Protect → Develop → Partner
We create and patent new concepts, develop them into credible system designs and select the right partners to bring them into research and clinical practice.
